my mp3 won't turn on/connect to my laptop.....its ...

my mp3 won't turn on/connect to my laptop.....its a HS-29A-4GBMX and my start screen keeps flashing....when i plug it into my laptop it'll say "starting" and keep flashing, and when i unplug it and RE-turn it ack on, it'll say "starting'' then turn off...
