My MP3 player shows all the songs but when I push the music to play the message comes up "disk empty". How do I get it to play?

5 Sound like a hardware issue First try taking all songs out then go to your options and look for a reset, if none shown no problem, just take all songs out and turn the player off an back on. Put songs back on and try to play again. If this doesn't work your MP3 player is faulty meaning there's hardware issues with the device itself. Not worth fixing, they sell for $10
