it is actually an hp df300a3 digital picture frame...I cannot open it on my laptop because it keeps telling me to insert the USB. It is inserted and the only way I can open it is if I "open as a portable device" and then I cannot add pictures. The SD that I have for it is doing the same thing. These are the only two devices I have problems with. Help
