The frame gives me a "file not support!" message when I try to play video. I tried .mov and .mp4 file formats. The box says it supports both of those file types. I shot the video using a Kodak Zi6 pocket video camera, transferred it to a USB stick and plugged the stick into the frame. It reads the pictures on the frame, but not the video. The video has audio. I've seen video with audio work on this model frame. I've tried calling HP support and was disconnected twice. Thanks for any help! Nancy
