lost manual and power adapter...

i have found my portable dvd player, but not the manual nor the power adapter, when i go to radio shack, i get asked what the ac watt is? can you help me please, my model number is pdl705

0 when play is pushed, screen displays "SEQ PLAY" and then stops. any ideas?? Thank you!
