Question About GPX MP3 Player MW6825DT
won't load on computer...

i didn't have batteries for my mp3 player so i used the usb cord. it worked fine for months. then, it started saying the computer didn't recognize the device but once i jiggled the cord it did. now it won't load at all & none of the error messages will even come up. what do i do?
