Question About GPX MP3 Player None
will not turn on...

Not able to turn on with battery and when plugged into the computer it lights up but nothing pops up like USB so on... cant remember if the MP3 player came with disk for download. But the other MP3 same model that I have must be loaded in my computer because when I plug up hers it goes to USB and a menu pops up.
