mp3 say full but is only 27% full but on the package it says (hold 1000 songs)

0 I am having the same problem. The manual says it needs to be in MTP mode, but it does NOT tell you how to change the mode from USB to MTP. I am caught in the same 27% problem.

0 I also went and downloaded the software, and it was no help whatsoever. Someone PLEASE give us a hand with this.
