file system err...

i legally get all of my music from a youtube soft ware and the thrid time i tryed to downlode music on to my mp3 player it came up as file system err plese help

0 Mine came up with "File System Error" and locked up. I can't even turn it on. All I was doing was getting it ready so I could down load a CD off Media Player on my computer. Please, please, help.
