After trying to download an audiobook my player showed the message ERRO and is stuck there. I can't get it to work w/ any of the functions keys. I removed the battery and replaced it but that didn't help. My computer does not recognize the device. I was only able to get this player to work ONCE since I bought it. I'm very frustrated. HELP! thank you
