Question About GPX MP3 Player None

i am trying to down load did it once a couple monthes ago but now not working do not know what happened trying to do it again but when i push on my mode button all it says is mtp not usb what can i do

0 You,re not alone. I downloaded many files, they played fine. Then I removed them and tried to download new ones. GPX just died. Display reads USB but nothing else and no audio stats. I have found no help from GPX.
