changing/ adding music...

Hello whenever I try to add/ take music off it says Windows Media Player encountered a problem while synchronizing the file to the device. For additional assistance, click Web Help. after I press sync

0 I am having the same problem as you are with GPX MP3 Player. Windows Media Player encountered a problem while synchronizing the file and device.
