I have an older under cabinet AM/FM with TV Model...

I have an older under cabinet AM/FM with TV Model GPX KCL8806DT 7 Handheld TV Manual. I have lost the instruction manual. We no longer have cable in the kitchen. I have reset it to Air but cannot get any signal. All I get is a blue screen and it will not change channels. I have auto scanned channels with no results. Can you help me?
