Found a GPX Model D545 Nature Sounds Clock radio w...

Found a GPX Model D545 Nature Sounds Clock radio which really has a fairly decent speaker sound ( for classical music). The minute counter won't go off. I've tried to reset the time, alarm etc, but all I get is the minute counter counting down. What do I do? Thanx
