Unable to figure out how to reset the time!

5 Press the "SET" button 3 times (this makes the dots between the numbers on the display to blink). Next press either the "FAST FORWARD" button to advance the time, or the "REWIND" button to go backwards. *Note: Holding down the button(s) will increment slowly at first, then after a second or two, will go fast.
