Our LC320EM2 started not getting electricity suppl...

Our LC320EM2 started not getting electricity supply though it is being connected to the outlet. The red lamp on the lower right corner under the front panel is off. What should we do with this problem? It was manufactured in March 2012. Is it still in the warranty period?
