Question About Foxda Tech MP3 Player FM-6602

Hi, Im having problems opening my mp3 files. I have Windows Xp, however it doesn' seem to recognise the device. (There is nothing coming up at all when I plug it into the computer, and I know the device is connected.) Any help would be appriecated. :)
