Question About Emerson MP3 Player EMP182
Upon turning the device on, it doesn't make it pas...

Upon turning the device on, it doesn't make it passed the initial "Emerson" icon. It will not go to another screen. Just bought this at Christmas time and has never worked! It is an Emerson model # EMP182 4GB. My computer cannot find the locate the hardware either.
