Question About Emerson MP3 Player None
Problems recognizing my mp3 player...

I have tried on two differant computers now and neither one will recognize it. The computers will say that the device is installed like the manual says. However both in the computer and elsewhere it nowhere to be found. This was given to me as a gift and I can't get it to work any where. PLEASE help me!!!!!!!!
