i bought the emerson emp 414-2 for my daughter back in november it worked for a little while. then i went to charge the battery and it deleted all the music and now i can't put music on it. my computer doesn't recognize it when it is plugged in. i know the port and the cord is working because . my computer makes the noise when i plug it in and it charges. i want to know if there is a driver or something that i can download to get my computer to recognize the player and be able to transfer music. my os is windows xp
