emerson at top, screen below- music, video, photo, e-book,record, browser, settings. when I go to all music, i see the list of songs with the one I select highlighted. when i press play/pause it doesn't play. I charged it via computer. If you hold down the play/pause button it shuts down. How do I get the music to play? couple days ago, somehow I hit the right button and got it to play....now, I can't, do not see a model # on the back is something like CEFC with a trashcan crossed out..
