It has been charging for 8 hours and still looks ...

It has been charging for 8 hours and still looks like it is receiving charge. Battery never show full. It is on position. Will not turn on when disconnected from computor.

0 It has to be charged while it is turned on, if it's off like most stuff when you charge it, it will have the little green charging bars going but that's actually not what's happeing at all
