4 I had the same question as i got one of these for my son for Xmas. The videos must be converted to AVI(XVID) the screen size must be set to 320X240 synch video must be checked along with synch audio audio is set to 64k. The video converter that comes with it will do the job but for speed of converting i use Free Make Video Converter, a free converter to download www.freemake.com
