my windows xp computer freezes completely up every time i attach the emp312-1 to it . It has never installed or even showed up as beeing plugged into my system it just freezes my system till i reboot and it will not reboot while the emp312-1 is plugged in. I have used windows update to update all drivers have searched thier knowledge bases for answers to no avail any help would be greatly appreciated.
