TV is stuck on 1 channel and has no sound. Unable to change chs via remote or manually. There is no audio on the one ch. seen and the audio cannot be increased manually or via remote. There seems to be some kind of "cross over" signal or interference from another channel. I suspect that the tuner in this set needs replacing. Am I correct in that?
