Question About Emerson Handheld TV EWT19S2
Phillips DVD621...

I've hooked up a this video player to both my TV and the VCR, and neither way do I get a picture or audio (I followed the instructions in the Phillips owner's manual). The TV is set to channel 3 (at least that's what the VCR uses). I don't have remotes for any equipment. Any solutions? Thanks.
