NO POWER-WILL NOT TURN ON...

TV WILL NOT TURN ON. I HAVE UNPLUGGED AND PLUGGED BACK IN, I HAVE CHECKED TO SEE IF POWER OUTLET IS WORKING, IT IS. I CAN'T FIND ANY RESET ANYWHERE. PLEASE HELP
