Question About Emerson Clock Radio CKS9031
top buttons don't work...

All of a sudden, the top buttons, set clock, alarms, snooze, shut off, don't work. I've misplaced my manual. Never changed the battery, but "batt" doesn't show on face. Clock works, I"ve unplugged and repowered without success. any help would be appreciated. Thanks
