My dual alarm is not working. I have everything set up proerly, but the light indicator does not show when I move the alarm 1 or 2 to buzz or radio, and I set the alarm just to see if it still works even when the indictor isn't lite and it doesn't. I don't have my manual anymore (not sure what happened to it) and it was a christmas gift (so its faily new) and I don't know where it was purchased from. I would like to resolve this, I really like this product, I just don't know if I can return it. Thank you
