Question About Emerson Clock Radio AC100
only 4 months old...

My product only turns on and stays only on tuner at the station it was programmed to 1 month ago. It will not turn off or turn to any other mode or tune to any other station. The clock does reset when unplugged and plugged back in. HELP please.
