Ok. So I want to have fm radio play when my alarm ...

Ok. So I want to have fm radio play when my alarm goes off. But when I put the volume up before I go to bed. The radio wont turn off even after I hit the off button. But when I put the buzzer on it works to wake me up Also when I try to play a cd. It says no. Ugh please help and quick cause I need this radio for school. Thanks
