Misplaced manual. Don't see tthe EXACT instruction...

Misplaced manual. Don't see tthe EXACT instructions of how to set the alarm to show it's actually set properly. Pg 13, 14? Frustrating!!! And are the lithuim batteries still available to purchase? Please assist. Thanks
