elta 4257 under cabinet clock radio with cd player. The CD tray does not open any longer. Sure enough I switched to CD mode, know it will not open in Radio mode. I tried it with the remote control, with the local button, manually. I did disconnect the clock radio from the mains, reconnected it to reset. There is a CD inside, it played. Radio is about 4 years old, CD used rarely, about once every two months. The manual does not give any help, is very poorly written. Thanks for help!
