not able to download upgrades when UPGRADE is right on the device........ am not able to download music video pics like it states either.... i paid money for this it should work! also there doesnt seem to be a manual for it nor is there any customer service.. the page was entered under my sons name but i would prefer feedback at my email of justiceperu@aol.com would like to be able to use or i want my money back so i can purchase something that does work
