Sylvania SMPK4083 – will not play music gives me “format error”. I copied music to it from my old MP3. I have tried reading the small manual that came with it; no reference to this issue in the manual. I tried booting and rebooting the music. It will play when it is hooked up the computer but not when I just use the ear phones. It is brand new, I have never had a chance to use it yet. Can you help?
