Question About Curtis MP3 Player None
player will not charge...

It played fine until we tried to charge it again and now it will not charge when plugged into the computer. It just says that it is connected, not that it is charging and it doesn't charge at all

0 Mine is doing the same thing. no longer charging. The USB port & cable are working because I can play the songs on my player thru the computer when it is plugged in. However, when it is unplugged, it will not even turn on. I have left it plugged into the computer for 48 hours and it still is not charged and the charging animation never comes up. What gives?

0 I see I'm not alone! Yes, I too cannot get this device to charge again...which is truly a problem for us!! Were you able to solve this? I feel it has to be something silly simple-but??

0 I think sylvania is trying to f**k people over. Me and my younger brother both had one, but they both did the exact same thing!!! They just stopped working, computer wont recognize and they wont turn on/charge!
