Question About Curtis MP3 Player MP1004
it won't stay on...

I WAS PUTING MUSIC Into THE MP3 AND WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER INCOUNTED AN ERROR AND IT SHUT DOWN. AFTER THAT WE COULDN'T GET IT TO TURN ON. THE SCREEN LIGHTS UP BUT IT WON'T STAY ON WHEN I CONECTED TO THE COMP. IT STAYS ON BUT THE MEDIA PLAYER CAN'T READ THE MP3
