game...

hello i have your produck and i dont have a clue what to do with the game option nothing happends when you open it it comes up a grey screen with a purpul bar on the left side of the screen please help me find out what to do

5 Before you go onto the game bit, you have to transfer the GAME file found on the Cd that comes with the device. You copy and paste it into your MP3 player's folder on your PC and then it should work. P.S to get off the grey and purple bit, hold down the Sideways M on the game controls. Hope it works for you...

4 call costumer service and they will tell you to email them and then they will email you the instructions.
