When managing the device in microsoft windows media player i am only able to add songs and sync my device-- i am not able to look at songs already on the device and thus unable to remove songs off the device. When accessing the device under My Computer it reads that there are no music files, same under Real Player even though it tells me how much memory is remaining and how much is already used. Any thoughts on how to access these music files and thus delete them??
