when playing mp3, the PLAY ALL does not recognize ...

when playing mp3, the PLAY ALL does not recognize files on the micro sd card. now instead off shuffling through almost 6 gigs of music, i shuffle and play either from player memory OR card memory, NOT BOTH. HELP
