3 i put some .m4a files on my coby but then realized it could only read mp3s. so i converted the music files in itunes, delete the old files off the coby and tried to rewrite with the new files. but the memory is still showing up full even though there's nothing on it. same problem as above. i see where to switch to MSC mode, but how to defrag? is that the only way?

1 If you switch to MSC mode, then defrag the volumn, then delete the files created by the defrag, you will get your space back. However, you will lose any files that are not showing up. Hope this helps.
