The Model is MP828 and the brand is Coby. I have the owner's manual that came with it, but it doesn't have much in the way of helpful information. I need to know how to make a playlist for example and why I only get 3 hours of play time when I thought I was getting up to 25 hours worth. Information like that is what I'm looking for. Help!!! I also can't figure out how to change the time on the clock. Argh!!!
