0 MY MP3 WONT TURN ON AT ALL AND I DONT NO WHAT TO DO AND I CANT RETURN IT IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO.

0 My unit won't turn on unless I have it plugged into a power source. I learned recently that if you leave the player plugged into the computer and the computer goes into sleep mode that it will drain the battery. I have never gotten it to play without being plugged in.
