I purchased your MP827/828 MP3 Video player at the Future Ship in London Ontario Canada. Since I am visually impaired and can't read the manual, I thought I would download the manual via the web. But I can't get it no way no how. Coby won't even allow me to call them at 1-800-681-2629. So how do I download the manual for this device? And there is no Canadian website either.
