I have a Coby mp828 8G MP3 player w/video camera. It is stuck on one of the sample tracks of Jazz and it will NOT go back < it won't stop it won't turn off it won't go to the MENU and there is absolutely NOTHING in the HELP File that comes even close to answering any question. HELP!!!! Now it won't turn on it won't do anything!
