When i go to sync files using either, Windows Media Player or Coby Media Manager, it does not recognize that my MP3 is plugged in. My computer's task bar (the right side with the mini icons) say that the computer DOES recognize it. It worked perfectly the first time (on Windows and Coby Media Manager) but now i cant upload anything because it says that i have to connect my device. The device manager on Coby Media Manager is correct. Thanks to anyone that helped.
