Using a flash card I loaded a song in MP3 format into my photo frame. The photo frame recognizes the file because I can see in listed in the setup but I can not hear any sound even with the volume all the way up. I downloaded the song from itunes, payed a whole dollar for it. Does anyone know why I can get the audio to come out with the slide show? This is going to be a Christmas present so I want to get it set up in time for Christmas. Thanks.
