I have a citizen mp3 player has two slots. One slot can be used by USB cable provided with it and other slot is to plug earphones. I am not sure about the model number. It starts playing as soon as earphones are plugged in and stops the once it is plugged out. It has stopped playing now while it can still be used to transfer data from and to the mp3 player. Is there any recovery software etc that can recover my mp3 player ?
