i cannot find in the mp3 player how to delete a so...

i cannot find in the mp3 player how to delete a song or the album ive put in the booklet does not explain anything simple .Plus the writing in the book is so small its hard to read and understand at the moment i feel like throwing it in bin and its only 2wks old
