Hi. I seem t ohave a problem loading the mp3 player. When I click 'on' it says 'Generating Playlists' then its switches itself off. then when i switch 'on' again it does the same thing or it doesn't respond and switches itself off again. When i click on a song to play, it says 'open failed'.
